People seek my insights and services because they enjoy working with someone who is genuine, authentic, and relatable. My coaching process is a collaborative one that incites awareness, inspires change, and enables clients to gain clarity and confidence.
I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach, Author of two books: Tell Stories, Get Hired and the Canadian bestseller, No Canadian Experience, Eh?, I have contributed to more than 10 other books on resume writing, and career and interview coaching. I also collaborated with 20 other women to compile and publish a book, 21 Resilient Women: Stories of Courage, Growth and Transformation.
I have been the recipient of several awards and recognition, including Outstanding Canadian Career Leader (three times), and the 2018 Outstanding Interview Strategist award from Career Professionals of Canada. I graduated from Ryerson University with a BA in Public Administration; received an Alumni of Distinction award from Conestoga College where I earned a Post-graduate Certificate in Career Development and was nominated by the college for a 2021 Premier’s Award. In 2011 I was nominated for a Zonta Women of Achievement Award and was twice nominated for an RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards (2019 and 2020).
A 3x winner of Outstanding Canadian Career Leader award; winner, Outstanding Interview Strategist, I was recognized by Conestoga College with a 2011 Alumni of Distinction Award, and also nominated for a 2021 Premier’s Award.
