About Irene

Irene Xander started as a housewife and mother of four girls and became an internationally known Opersinger and High Performance Leadershipcoach, running a theater in New York and Cologne, where she opened her own Company in 2010 the Wailea Music Academy GmbH. There she coaches Businesspeople to develop their artistic side and Artists to learn Business. Together with her team, Irene has been leading High Performance Leadershiptrainings in Capetown, New York, Bali, Hawaii, Germany, Spain, France, Italy and Greece.
