Nancy Coblenz has over 10 years of tactical marketing and digital transformation experience and is the fearless Managing Director for The Exchange and Senior Vice President for NflxN Consulting Services.  Her passion is supporting entreprenuers, innovative businesses and ambitious change makers in building, growing and scaling their careers and businesses. She has produced innovative solutions for companies integrating emerging technologies like augmented/virtual reality, robotics, IOT, AI and interactive tech that speaks to future forward consumers.

As an international speaker, Nancy encourages inclusivity and diversity among STEM industries, specifically integrating proactive programming that supports minority professionals and entrepreneurs.
