Using this rich data, colleges find the best-fit candidates and meet their enrollment goals along with equity and diversity goals and improve follow on metrics of retention, graduation and employability.
Cirkled-In has seen amazing growth since its new launch in 2018 and is used by hundreds of thousands of students. Cirkled In college recruitment solution is used by full spectrum of universities from big ones such as Arizona State University and University of Pittsburgh-Bradford to smaller ones like Willamette University and Corban University. Cirkled-In has garnered national awards, including Grand Award from “American Business Awards” given to top 10 companies in US. Reetu is passionate about education and knows that this 100+ year old industry is ready for disruption. Before Cirkled-In, Reetu spent 20 years in corporate America from startups to Fortune 50 companies. Reetu earned her MBA (Valedictorian) in Technology Management from Foster school of Business at UW and MS and BS from NIT, India. With Cirkled-In, she hopes to leave a lasting legacy in the field of technology and education. Reetu received Stevie’s “Female Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 2016. She is an avid speaker on the topics of “Education for all”, and “Women Equity”.
