About Dr. Toscha

Dr. Toscha Dickerson is a Certified Professional Life Coach, Author, Professor, Mentor, Founder of S.T.R.E.S.S.O.U.T., Founder and C.E.O. of Dickerson Management & Associates, LLC, and Co-Founder of C.E.O. Leadership & Training Academy. She is the Vice Chair of Rève Preparatory Charter School and an expert panelist for Houston Business Journal Leadership Trust.

She received her undergraduate degree at Grambling State University. She later pursued her Master’s in Public Administration at Southern University A&M College and obtained her Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management at Capella University.

With numerous honors and acknowledgements, Dr. Dickerson most recent award received from Global Forum for Education & Learning, “Top 100 Leaders in Education” 2020.

Dr. Dickerson has a unique approach that allows her to connect with her readers. She believes in building trust and rapport by being authentic and candid. She helps professional women to reduce stress, explore self-discovery, and gain clarity in goal setting. Dr. Dickerson enjoys sharing her personal story to enlighten others of her journey and incorporating her spiritual perspective about her life. “Empowering others to reach their highest potential is my purpose”, Dr. Dickerson.

Dr. Dickerson has committed 20 plus years to assisting others in their personal and professional development within various industries. Her dedication to see others succeed and achieve their goals is the reason she expanded her reach globally.

Dr. Dickerson’s experience originates from working in various industries from municipalities, state government, aerospace/defense companies and universities. With multiple positions held throughout her career, she can assist small business owners in various areas.

Dr. Dickerson decided to depart from corporate sector and work as an independent contractor and consultant to assist companies by improving the efficiency and growth of their supply chain operations. By doing so, she has been able to coach individuals on strategic planning, supplier registration initiatives, procurement/contracts and much more.
